Eswaree co-founded Onpoint Ventures intending to support startups and established companies to access experience across aspects of Compliance & programmes management, regulatory license application, policy suite management, and back-office related services.
She carries a working experience of over 7 years in the global business sector which has allowed her to develop a firm grasp of the intricacies of the complex global business landscape. Eswaree has in-depth experience in the establishment & administration of Global Business Companies, conducting compliance audits, reviews and risks assessments.
MAYANK SRIVASTAVA
Director
Mayank co-founded Onpoint Ventures and has over 18 years of sector experience in financial markets, risk management, specialised compliance roles, training, and business management. He is pragmatic and enjoys working closely with his clients. Mayank has in-depth experience in setting up and managing global client-facing businesses centred on evolving market infrastructure and regulations. He has played an instrumental role in multi-asset securities exchange, institutional & retail brokerage firms and asset management companies.
Mayank is a board member and business advisor of multiple entities licensed by regulatory authorities. He also carries significant training experience in CPD Courses.
